Our 70th Anniversary Regatta, will be held at Llangorse Lake Sailing Club, Brecon, Wales, on the weekend of 16th/17th May. There will be a free souvenir T-shirt for all KOA members who attend.

Llangorse was the venue where the prototype Kestrel was first sailed – apparently in a blizzard, which we are fervently hoping won’t be repeated this year! It’s a lovely part of the world, and it’s a big stretch of water, so it should be great sailing.

We have quite a few of our travelling stalwarts attending, but any more would certainly be welcome, so please do your best. There will be a Saturday evening meal at the Club, the ticket charge for a 2 course fixed meal and glass of wine will be £15.  Additionally free tea and coffee will be available for competitors over the weekend.   Additional drinks  may be bought in by yourselves as there is no bar.

There is also a campsite within walking distance of the club.
